Some time ago George Maciunas asked Willem de Ridder to take over the administration for the european part of FLUXUS. Now Willem and me are setting down this affair and when he is out of town I take over, so you could say I am his secretary now.

Our intention is not only to have a centre where to phone or write to get any information about anybody/anything, we did also print provisional pricelists for the EUROPEAN MAIL-ORDER HOUSE and the EUROPEAN FLUXSHOP (you'll find one in this envelope), we have also the opportunity to sell all interesting or uninteresting works, books, magazines, anthologies, boxes, objects, tapes, films, clothing, pieces, scores, catalogues, newspapers, etc. etc. (not only FLUXUS) out of all parts of the world here in europe. That is why we hope you will inform and send us anything you want to get published, performed or either exhibited or sold, so that our second pricelist will be much more complete. From here we hope to organize concerts, fashionshows, exhibitions, streetevents, publications, lectures, performances, etc. in all european countries.
